Our Out & About sessions offer an exciting and creative learning experience for mixed age Key Stage 1–2 pupils.

Pupils take part in a range of engaging activities and games both on and off site, allowing them to explore learning in different environments. 

Sessions begin with a clear focus on site, often providing the foundations to the rest of the session's activities at different local sites. The afternoons take a creative approach back on site, with hands-on activities designed to inspire curiosity, confidence and enjoyment. 

Out & About encourages active learning, strengthens friendships and helps pupils make meaningful connections between what they learn and how they use it beyond the classroom. We promote teamwork, communication and problem-solving, while providing a supportive and inclusive social group where children can learn from one another.
